Overall I had an okay experience in short notice over a long drive day..

Worst Service. Toilet are uncleaned. Staff do not take permission to enter the room. AC not at all working properly. Bathroom latches are not there. Some of the rooms main door lock is missing. Our experience was worst and would not at all recommend you. We left for a event and room was locked and keys with us after leaving the Staff entered our room without permission and added a Exost fan We had left our belongings in the room. As we went to Reception they told us to call the manager but managers cellphone is switched off.

Poor quality, outdated food served, Very bad behaviour They are very careless about customers They cost too much, not worth it Mei next time jane ka sochungaa bhi nahi yaha.

Good option to stay in Bhandara As very less options available

Its on NH 6 near honda bike showroom. When we think about small city like Bhandara, facilities and meal prices are fair enough. They have lodging facility as well, don't know how good it is as never stayed there. Also a celebration hall for 150- 200 people. They provides the catering facility for small parties. It cost approx 40 K for arrangements of 150 people which includes cost of food(veg) and banquet hall.

It is having very very small and smelly rooms . Very bad experience, staff is not very efficient and cooperative. It took thirty minutes to get the room after arrival. Rooms was not clean, bed was very small and bed Linens were very dirty. Bathrooms are also very small and very un hygiene. Restaurant is also not good they keep you waiting for an hour after placing the order. Very very poor service and I will not recommend this place to stay.

Average level service , moderate cost, but services are not up to the standard as expected, but I like the taste of meal here, lodging is of good quality but have large scope of improvement in overall, highway side restaurant at Bhandara, Maharashtra
