Hotel Omkar Residency - Hotel in Chouk, Chouk Manivali - Raigad, India

stayed on 1st floor, near the reception, rooms have poor acoustic properties, could hear the music at reception till my room, could even hear the whispers at reception in my room, the entrance flap at the reception is so noisy and creaks loudly and closes with a noisy bang which can be heard on the entire floor, the hotel staff is insensitive to guest comfort . felt like we are sleeping in the middle of chaos. when I complained to the reception he found my complaint funny, i guess they have become immune to the sound and noises around them even the bathrooms have poor acoustic properties, sounds like running water, flushing etc in the neighbouring room can be heard in the room on the good side the rooms are big, neat and clean. towels and bedsheets are clean management needs to seriously get sensitive to the noise issue

Room service is extremely pathetic. They have only 1 electric kettle to serve hot water which is shared between all rooms. If one of the guest use it then everyone has to wait. We had to wait for 1 full day just to get hot drinking water as the guest had left for some sight seeing and they returned late night. If you order tea, they will serve you cold tea. Peaceful place to stay in. It's a little far from karjat station, you can reach by sharing a taxi. Rooms are good but you need to check if everything is working properly. Power goes off sometimes. Best view from the second floor window.

Loud music played, No room service, Dirty rooms, windows can be opened from outside, room service doesn't take calls. Geyser not working.. They don't a clue about anything Better options available please try to search more.

Decent Property road touch location, even though it's in remote area but to reach Hotel it's very easy. We made early check-in at 8.30 AM and room was totally ready with even turned on AC for us to relax. Manager behavior was too nice, breakfast, tea and other requirements were fulfilled spontaneous. Even at night we had a power cut and we call reception they answered and make generator running in 5 minutes. Property is very clean, will for sure use again when visiting Imagica.

It's above the class offered in most oyo rooms. Rooms are so spacious, clean, and furniture is new and tidy. Halls are clean and neat. Staff are nice and food is cheap. They don't seem to have a kitchen so food is ordered from some restaurant outside. Located right across the highway in Chouk.

A decent place to stay given the tariff of the room. The view from the bedroom was good, and bedrooms are also clean and spacious. Bathrooms are also big, having dry areas for changing clothes.

Nice Food and Staff support was really Good.The hotel is indeed so good and the service is very good as well. Receptionists are accommodation and makes your stay comfortable by their gesture. I liked the fact that Hotel is trying their best to retain their customer by developing long term customer relationship.
