Very poor service. Unprofessional staff. Unable to handle guests. The key should be deposited even if you go out for few minutes. I donot know where is the security then. The receptionist is arrogant and rude. Too much high charge of their hotel rooms. Beside that they donot provide complimentary water. And they donot inform you about the hidden charges. Very low management. The higher authority should look after this behaviour of them.
Very poor experience while staying in this hotel. Rate is very high in comparison of facilities provided.Not recommended any one to stay here accept emergency. Following problems faced -: 1. Hot water for bathing was not available. 2. There is so many holes (tear) in bed seat. 3. Even drinking water is chargeable. Nothing is complementary. 4. I was very socked when I found drinking water bottle in freeze in this winter season & cold water for bathroom. 5. Empty glass which was provided for drinking water is not clean(dust) 6. Staff at reception is also mannered. Very bad experience
Not sure about the rooms but the restaurant part i.e. the food is really good, amazing. The service is fine but too late. The ambience is good too. But I'll repeat, leave anything and everything, you can definitely go here for a nice fine dine experience with hygienic and delicious food at a reasonable price. I've been going here since childhood and have never been disappointed except for the long time they take to prepare your food.
Stayed here with family and I really liked the hotel.. It has spacious rooms and big hall outside the room where kids can play and enjoy their time... They have pretty good variety of food and it is quite tasty.. Do opt for complimentary breakfast.. They have a pretty elaborate spread to choose from.. Though they do not offer buffet breakfast, but in room service is equally good... Overall, I enjoyed my stay here...
Hotel is clear, easy to access, great food and very good for family travellers and couples as well as gives good value for money for business travellers. Parking is ample and near to main market. Hotel is bit old but well maintained at given price point.
A good property. Cleanliness, Location, Friendly promoters, great food, value for money are it's core advantages over other properties in Muzaffarnagar. Stayed here for around four days for a family function. Was good in all departments including banqueting. Strongly recommended!
room was small but okay .. everything was provided ... just that the refrigerator was smelly and wasnt being cleaned regularly ... beverages in the mini bar were expired . not that great for the price
Only reasonable bar in the town. Food ok, service eccentric, sitting could be better. Noisy at times. Dont expect nice etiquette either. Mey not be the option for family sitting. Used to serve nonveg in the past, restaurant (not bar) keeps on shuttling between open and closed. Advisable to ask before you plan with family.
