Every single hotel staff I talked to was friendly, courteous and acted like a professional, something that is hard to find in hotels these days. The hotel is spacious and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and equipped. I'll definitely return to the same hotel the next time I'm in Leh.

The owner and staff were super friendly. My brother in law was suffering from AMS. Owner of the hotel has self driven him to the Leh Hospital for treatment. Could not ask for more from a stranger who, in time, acted as one of the closest family members. Food is also very good. If I ever get back to leh, I will stay in this hotel only.
