Red Alert!! Security is a big concern!! Tonight we had to vacate the room as some people tried to forcefully enter our room twice. We came to Agra to attend a friend's family function and booked room in this hotel for a single night and in middle of night we had to shift with family to Ramada because of this incident. Worst part is, no one in hotel staff looked into the matter when reported and were ok with the incident. It was a nightmare to spend only few hours in this hotel. Pathetic!! Not recommemded to anyone to stay here with family even for single night.

Pathetic service.... Very bad experience. The owner behavior is also not good. They try to fool customers in every possible way. I booked an AC room to them in urgency but they refused to provide on even though the payment was made in advace . When I reached at hotel they refused to provide the booked one. And offered to to stay in some other room. As it was urgent I have to agree but the other room whuch they offered was very very very bad in condition. Bed sheets were untidy and it was messed up totally. I'll never recommend any one to stay at this property. If you want good hospitality in AGRA please preffer Hotels on Fatehabad road.
Situated on Agra Gwalior road. Small hotel which provides banquet and open lawn for ceremonies. Under construction. Second floor is not complete properly. Food offered was nice. Parking space is small.

No service, arrogant owner and staff no cleaning even denied for cleaning, they charge double when they come to know that people need room, and apart from that they didn't provide towel nd soap. Worst place and worst experience.
