Hotel Om Palace - Hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

Hi I stayed there for 2 days with family I really enjoyed my stay , room are okay , but the service is up to the mark from watchman to the reception guy their housekeeping everybody was very co operative. Even the watchman there cleans all guest cars for free without any expectation. Please tip that guy whoever visit om palace .A must visit place .

Great property with nice staff and service..clean bathroom and bedroom The best part is.. it is close to highway so that everything is easily available..also it is very much close to Wax museum...which is an amazing journey to watch ...only bad thing is room service person was charging extra unknowingly .... overall good experience... Good place to stay

I loved this place. It had everything I wanted in a hotel room. The beds were quite good and comfy, it had an adequate cupboard, a spacious washroom with heater and other required features etc. If you are planning a vacation in Lonavala this is a comfortable place to stay. The only drawback I found was it is a bit far from the attractions in Lonavala. But staying here was worth for 1400/- a day.

Worst hotel, I booked for 2 days but ran away from there within a day by losing money, Service was worse They charge more if we want early check in even if the rooms are available. The hotel will be good for drinkers for my family i recommend not to book this, as it was near the highway and it has a bar there is more disturbance.

This hotel is pathetic, please do not book this hotel by reading other positive comments, I did the same thing but it spoiled our vacation mood. Rooms - Not clean at all, insects all over rooms. Bedsheets were not cleaned. One can easily have a look into your washroom from beside room. Food - They have contract with hotel called "Visava" but food was not good, we ordered chicken items (Starter and Main Course) but chicken was not cooked properly. Also they charge you 15% service charges. Highly Not Recommend

A very basic hotel with very basic amenities. No lift. Location is great. Very costly on weekends else on weekdays price is showing less than half than that of weekend. I paid 2500 for a double room. Provided place to sleep for my driver. Strictly basic place if u just want to stay for a night and have to go to lonavala for a trip. Only positive of this hotel is that it is a stone throw away from lonavala

On arrival, the front desk sneered in silence until I said I had a booking. Then they were more friendly. Room was good size and clean. Ants near the window and a couple of them got into the bed. I ended up paying extra for the AC and the AC was nice and cold, but as always, you'll have to clean the filter yourself. The bathroom was designed well so you can sit on the toilet and shower at the same time! Also, they have hot water. The window is a three-way sliding window so it opens nice and wide, but one side wouldn't close and seal properly, so there is a thin gap. Not to many mosquitos, just two in two days. Free drinking water in the hallways on every level. Overall, kind of expensive for what you get, but Lonavala is clearly a tourist trap city, so pretty standard in that regard.

Comfortable hotel for a short stay with a good location, especially if you want to be in the nearby lonavala . We were upgraded to an executive suite, and while the overall stay was comfortable, the rooms seemed to need a bit of touch-up and seemed to have seen better days.
