Location is nice for all travelers and Staff is also good and very welcoming staff. Hotel singh continental is a good option for stay for everyone and my experience was very good. Hotel facilities are good. Overall experience was good. This is a well furnished hotel with a well behaved and active staff. Overall a nice stay. It was comfortable stay with hotel . Food was very tasty. This hotel experience was amazing. It's a really nice hotel. I will definately come again and stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The facilities were nice and good, rooms were splendid. Room service was decent and helpful. One thing that I'd like to suggest is that the outfit of the receptionist and waiters was same hence it was difficult to differentiate and there was no source for entertainment in the waiting area. Rest all was perfect!

third class hotel with very dirty rooms, ac was not well working. and specially hotel manager behaviour is not good, talking very roughly. when hotel booked ,within 10 mins receive a call from manager asking that u came single of with female. i told i have booked double room and we both are male. again on the booking date in morning received a call from the manager .sir r u coming or not , sir u came single or with female , the same thing i replied that we are males and confirmed we are coming. when we check in hotel the manager are asked for ids of both person the photographs has been taken so requested to all if u going to book hotel OM Palace ,please dont go for it...

Very bad service and bad quality rooms. No cleaning in room and bathroom, bathroom is very bad, water and soap get collected in bathroom and never passes. There show WiFi but Internet is not available after connecting WiFi and they only sake fake that there is some problem with Internet and will be solved today and kept saying it one week. No towel change. For every single thing, you need to call.

Hotel is in main location of busstand. Easy to get in touch with out door food and other necessity. Room are old fashioned. Cleaning and hygiene is moderate good. Food quality is good.

We had our one family function there. Ford was good, staff coorperation was constant. Although, guests had to face problem with parking space and little more work on ambience would be appreciated.

Nice hotel in satna near by bus stand also safe hotel, but they want all id proof for our marraige certificate, so if any one new married couple carry your certificate wedding photo also, they have some issue for unmarried couple i think

I reached Hotel 10:00 pm. Hotel bathroom is stinking and when request for cleaning / change of room. Hotel manager refused to change the room while hotel has room vacant as online available for booking. After 5 reminders person has come fir cleaning around 1.5 hrs. but in morning it again stink. Towel provided by hotel was actually the footmat / dormat used between the room and bathroom. for which I complaint the hotel staff. but hotel staff don't have satisfactory answer. picture of room taken such a way that it look bigger than the actual. in description the room size was not mentioned. hotel staff was polite. this only appreciable. overall I will say . not the worth stay and don't recommend others
