Hotel Om Leisure Resort Puri - Resort hotel in Puri - Puri, India

This hotel is by far one of the worst hotels I have been to. Let me point wise mention the issues I faced: 1. the lift seems to stop working at random multiple times making my aged mother climb up and down the stairs from our room on 4th floor 2. When we went for breakfast and ordered an omelette we were told that onions were not available. 3. ordered 4 fresh lime sodas recieved each soda having a different taste one worse than the other and again they were out of straws 4. went to the swimming pool to fi d the pool hadn't been clean and the water was green from moss 5. if u didn't come in a electric toto or a car autos are not allowed beyond the main gate from where u have to walk for 2-3mins. 6. breakfast buffet the menu remains the same for all days with no change. 7. took an hour to restock the bread in breakfast buffet. 8. during our stay there was an instance with a guest where reception handed their room keys to another guest and they barged in the room . Overall its a horrible experience

This is located 1km far away from the swargadwar. Locals mainly know this as KRISHNA SEA SIDE. accept Om Leisure 2 more resort is there. It has 3 Banquet, 2 Small & 1 Big. Room service number never picked up. Blood spot on bed sheet & all is dirty.

It was the worst. Food service tool like half an hour and food didn't taste good. The first room we went into was so bad and was conjusted so we got into other room and it was better but we couldn't switch off the A/C and in the TV there are like maximum 9 channels. The Naan was so hard and the curry was not good at all. Also the menu they provided had quite different kinds of food which suited our taste but when we ordered they said the menu was outdated. The food was not worth the money at all. I mean we would understand if it was a 5 star hotel to pay that price but the food service and the fact that these are apartment rooms made into hotel rooms determine that no one would even mistake it for even a 3 star hotel.

The worst hotel I've ever visited in my whole life. I had to wait nearly 1 hour for my room keys even though i had booked it from weeks ago. Very bad room service and no punctuality can be seen

Reception staff good.rooms very good but room service is slow.reception staff member miss rilipa nature very familiar.

Good rooms and best buffet...enjoyed a lot ....... Pleasant surrounding

Room is not so good..light is low in room Bathroom also ok ok...lift is not working properly. Service is poor in reception.

Nice for hault purpose with swimming pool, eye soothing view, plants. Ambience is good. But Food preparation is not good. Development Work is still going on here. Hope someday this hotel would give us a nice experience.
