My recent stay at Hotel Om Complexin Bharatpur was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly greeting from the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and the serene ambiance made for a truly relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the room, which added to the overall experience.

Receptionist is 3rd class, uncooperative ., rude, unprofessional if owner really want to save this hotel & restaurant change this Receptionist, staff is like kaam chor they decline order & facility without any check, cook will say something that this 3rd class receptionist follow, earlier there thali quality was good but now it worst, try to avoid such pathetic place.

There is a lot of space in this hotel in which wedding parties and all other types of events can be done. It is also a beautiful place to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. Being on the main road, there is no inconvenience in traffic.

Very bad ... Experience. Owner behaviour is not good . rude behaviour. Judging people by clothing. And ignored them .

Awesome food with all varieties near kevladevi national park well behaved staff and very clean place

Everything is very poor and food was very bad and we wait for 1 hour 10 min for food . Bad service , worst experience . Malai kofta was so hard and unable to cut by spoon . Shahi paneer gravy was tasteless.

Very pathetic behavior by receptionist Sushil Verma, not recommended Very poor quality ,unhygienic food due to this suffering from stomach pain .

Nice experience. A big marriage & 2-3 small gathering of 20-30 person can done together. Service was not used by us but management seems brilliant.
