Very courteous staff need and nice service.worth staying Value for money

It's a nice hotel with good service and staff and with in a budget

Bekar hotel hai, it is too dirty. Linen and blankets are not cleaned

It's just an average hotel, but in thia area there's no other hotel such this one. The rooms are above average and then sheets were bad, it's smelling something. The toilet is just okay. If we ordered food they are taking too much time to delivery it.

Don't think to visit, it's best hotel + budget friendly Room price - Rs1000 Service is good I've visited many Oyo but now i always visit here only

Dirty bed with stains all over and hairs spread,stained towel.The phone in the room was dead. The sockets near bed were not working, I had to hold my phone while charging in the only working socket in room. I was provided room no. 8 whereas my booking was showing for room no. 10. I had to ask for toiletries and water and go to help desk for each issue to report. Very unprofessional staff at desk, the one with moustache. I was charged for drinking water as he said during checkout that bottle was sealed. I am pretty sure they would have provided my room no. 8 to some one else at higher prices and provided room 10 to me. I trusted OYO due to it's brand name and previous experiences but this one was really unacceptable.

Worst possible hotel I have ever stayed in. I have visited many hotels but this one was worst. From the moment I entered in hotel to the moment I moved out every second was made horrible for me and my other relatives. 25 of us stayed in the hotel, it was a nightmare to talk to Mr Pratap, he literally gave all of us headache due to his greedy nature. One example was when I asked for an extra room he asked me 1750 but I checked online it was 850 because it was already midnight and the reason he gave to that was because for all other rooms we have charged you 1750 that's why charging the same amount. They committed to give mattresses in all rooms but later refused because they wanted me to add more rooms. One of the support staff was helping us out, this guy Pratap slapped him because he was trying to help us without asking him. Breakfast was free for us, I asked him 100 times to give breakfast @8 but till 9:30 there was nothing at all, in the end we had to run outside to get food and tea. Before leaving they started asking me charges for lost dish TV remote set for a room, I went to the room and checked, everything was intact but these guys had to make our life horrible.

Don't ever book this hotel. Because the receptionist is very rude with the guest to make payment at the time of check in itself. Mainly corporate guest don't ever prefer this property. If u choose, then u will have a bad experience with hotel. There is no respect for OYO B2B escalation team also. They are arguing with everyone and not listening to anyone.
