One of the most luxurious hotels in Duliajan. The hospitality and services were top notch. The staff members were very friendly. Had some issues with the room initially but they sorted it out within the same day. Decent prices of food and rooms. Situated on a busy road so don't expect any nice scenery or views but the morning view of the town was not too shabby. Overall, a price worthy experience.
Firstly, I must mentioned about the amazing ambience.. Secondly, I would definitely rate the food menu 9/10 ... food was delicious.. Thirdly, the property is too spacious also they are providing lots of interesting stuff as for say - game parlour the area I loved the most, I really enjoyed the VR gaming zone yes. After that, I found a beautiful parlour but I didn't done anything there yet, but I will definitely visit again to the parlour for my Nail Extensions etc.. I found the space super stunning... Last not the least I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family ... had a great and fun time indeed !
Great hotel... must say. The ambience is really soothing, eye catching also spacious. Everything was nice. Me and my little brother would surely choose it again next time ... we had an amazing time indeed !

I would rate 5 star for the service, food and housekeeping, excellent service by Mr. Suranjeet Tanti, he was on tip of every request and quick response. He was prompt and very professional in every aspect. He ensured my stay was comfortable and had time to time check-in if i need anything. Overall best experience staying at this Hotel. Kudos to Suranjeet Tanti.
Firstly food was amazing n delicious. But in liquor Hawaiian punch cost 450 and at the same rate i.e 450 hoegaarden cost was also the same . I was like what is going on . Plz rectify it asap manager sir
So pathetic!! It took them one n half hour to just serve starter and the funniest thing is that they are sooo untrained employees,they serve main course before starters the food wasn't upto the mark! Please don't visit and waste your money and time. The management team were very rude from the waiters to the managers.
I was disappointed by the staff's rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a curt "What do you want?" instead of a warm welcome. This lack of courtesy set a negative tone for the entire meal. Throughout my visit, the staff showed disinterest and failed to provide proper service. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the restaurant.
