Good place for stay. Doesn't have restaurant. Need to do self arrangement of food. Reasonable rates. It has clean rooms. Bathroom has hot water provision. Staff is also cooperative.

A nice and good place to live. Providing comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Facilities like water, bedding are comfortable and cozy. The size of rooms are different for different type of people. Dormitory, single bed and double bed options are available. The dormitory os with lower and upper beds. The single bed and double bed room are of size 10x10 and 10x15. One star went away due to lack of proper cctv monitoring. Hope they will correct.

Best budget hotel in BHUj with good service, close to railway station,close to market, close to air port, 24 hours food is available down the hotel, staff is very Cooperative, AC is working good, bed are soft and feels good. Sharing bed is also available for backpacks. there is beautiful lake in front of hotel.

Cheap rate, near to station, kitchen available for cooking, good rooms, good location near to market, but extremely poor house keeping. No hygiene maintenance for washrooms. No arrangement made for 3DBR in spite of prior booking. Dirty pillows. No towels. They serve no food

Very poor, No sense of ethics, even when we booked the room online a week prior, they were trying to accommodate in a cramped up 2 bed room, whereas we booked a 3 bed room, they gave it away to a person who could immediately pay and get the room, the whole hotel is cramped and really below average. Images on their website were misleading. We arrived there, saw the room and left since they couldn't arrange any other 3 bedded room in that hotel.

Asked several times to change dirty pillow cover. Asked for extra bed, pillow, sheet, blanket but service is too bad. Service boys denied to give those things for the 1st few times. After a long try, ultimately got those. But the condition of bed sheets were bad. Moreover, could not lock doors properly from inside. The good things were - the toilet was useable, floor was clean, cleaners cleaned the long corridors regularly and the view of the lake from the top was nice. I think the higher authority told the service boys not to give those things i.e. the blanket, bed sheets etc. Otherwise those boys were sweets and they were trying to cooperate. N.B: no lift.

Sorry but its third class... bathroom size rooms, no towels provided... staffs are worst... no soap provided... no man to carry ur luggage... no parking... room boys are not behaved... fresh experience... just today I m out of there....

Good but no lift but nice beauty of hills from the terrace of the guest house.All rooms have AC and tv with set top box also available here.
