The hotel is nothing like shown in photos. Badly maintained, pathetic rooms. Still cannot understand why sites like MMT host this hotel on their site. Very shabby and shady looking place. The food is the only thing remotely bearable, but that too served in plastic plates and bowls. Completely avoidable especially for families and women.

The hotel is not as good as it looks in the pictures, rather I would say it's a worst hotel. I booked this hotel for overnight stay as I was traveling. I paid close to 2k per night for thus hotel.(without breakfast) 1. Bedsheet, pillow covers, duvet covers were not clean(one pillow was without pillow cover) 2. No towels provides after calling reception provided only 1 towel 3. Open ground car parking, I felt it's not safe 4. Not so good neighborhood 5. No dinner available, had to step out for dinner 6. Room had a window which opens in small backside aisle which is connected to other rooms, not sure why it was created(privacy and safety concern here) 7. Leakage in bathroom, felt like cheap lodge bathroom

Worst hotel I have ever been. They simply do not clean the rooms, the toilets, the bed sheets, pillows etc. Just disgusting, really. The receptionists do not speak english. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this

I am giving 1 star to this hotel because I do not have an option to give lower than this. Actually its not even worth that. They are basically a bunch of goons dressed as hotel staff and managers. Never before in my life have I come across such rude people in my life. Here is a summary of my experience. 1. They took more than 3 hours to give me the extra bed which was pre booked. The reason was they have manpower shortage whereas 5 of their people were sitting on the counter watching insta reels. 2. Once the bed was delivered the hotel staff named ashfaq simply threw it on the floor in my room along with pillows. Unluckily I was not in the room at that time. When my wife asked him to arrange the bedsheet he simply replied that its not his job and asked us to do it ourselves. 3. My wife and daughter felt unsafe in the environment here. 4. The moment you take anything extra from them over and above your bookings such as lunch, dinner they will make sure that you make the payment before you consume it even if it requires you to get up in the middle of your meal and wash your hands for making the payment.

I booked the room for two days through MakeMyTrip by paying full amount of two days. On first day I checked in at 12 pm, but due to family issues, I checked out in night on same day at 9 pm. The hotel reception told me, for refund I have to contact MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip Customer service assured me that, 1 day will be charged and the amount of Second day that was paid in advance will be refunded. But after 2 days, MakeMyTrip told me that " Hotel Oak By Signature " has refused to refund the pending amount. I want to give 0 Star, but since ZERO is not there, I am giving only 1 Star. I will advice people to think carefully before checking in to this hotel. Other Drawbacks : If ordering food to hotel room from hotel restaurant, one should settle the food bill as soon as the food gets delivered to the room. Other hotels settle food bills when checking out from the hotel. I had to wait for 45 minutes at the reception after arriving at the hotel to get my room.

I had a terrible experience ever. The room was not clean, and please do not believe what they are stating in the amenities. You will get surprised when you reach the premises. It is not at all worth for 2.4k rupees. You will get better hotels than this. The Washroom was not clean, and termites were there. Jets are leaking. Bedsheet and cover were not washed. whatever towels they were providing, they were smelling terrible. AC wasn't working. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel at all!

If you want to enjoy bed bugs and train music then this is a place for you. Its better to sleep at airport or railway platform rather than staying in this hotel. If you are getting deal to book a room in 10 rupees in this hotel then i would recommend to save your 10 rupees.

For Indian standards this is a great place and it was one of the reasonably priced hotels. The bedroom was clean but had some questionable sheets with tiny stains. Some might say they won't use that bedroom. But since it was clear that they wash their sheets the stains didn't bother me. My booking was with included breakfast that gave me the opportunity to have meals at the restaurant. The restaurant is kept to a high standard. For Hyderabad ghe pricing was fair and food was good. The rooms had working TV, AC, Water Heater and kettle. Additionally there was tea, coffee sachets in the room. There Hotel is located in rural area just at the outskirts of the city. So don't expect any views or a place to take a stroll at the morning. Things that might annoy you :- 1. The room never came with bath towels, thanks to me being over prepared I brought a towel. 2. There is a train track right beside the hotel. You can hear the sounds at night. For some of you this might be a good thing. 3. The extra bed provided is a foldable type bed, when opened there still remain a small dent in the middle. 4. The place to wash hands in the restaurant does not have standards likethe rest of the restaurant.
