No room service. Dirty bathroom, dirty mats, dirty bedsheets, dirty towels. They also make some villagers occupy the whole reception area and their noise comes in room all the time. Those villagers also bang your door and come inside and the hotel staff takes no action.
This is the Worst hotel in which i have ever stayed in. Dirty Rooms. Washroom was so small that you cant even stand properly. There were no tissues, hand wash which is very basic facilities. In Ac Room , Ac doesn't work. Whole night we didn't sleep because of this foolish AC. Tv Doesn't work. No Room Service. Wifi doesn't work. Please don't stay in this hotel. Waste of money and it will spoil your mood.
Although hotel is near to banke bihari but it's definitely not clean. Bedsheet was so dirty when we got the keys. They didn't even cared to replace it. Doormats was also very much dirty. Don't want to say about blanket. Service is very poor. Told to deliver water but didn't got it ever. Negative points for cleanliness and service.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room and bathroom were always stinking. Bathroom door was in a disgusting state. TV does not work at all as they don't take the TV subscription. There were mosquitoes. Staff is unhelpful and extremely rude. Don't believe the positive reviews posted here, they are likely written by the hotel guys themselves. We were not happy at all with our stay. Please don't stay at this hotel and ruin your Vrindavan trip.

Flush not working they repaired it in front of us for about 4-5 hours.. staff behavior is not good they are arrogant, unhelpful and extremely rude not cooperative at all.. Trust me i'm writing this review after facing a lot.. Whole night we didn't sleep because of ac is not working properly and smell and humidity in the room.. Please do not stay in this hotel otherwise it will ruin your whole vrindavan trip.. Totally waste of money... Dharamshala's are much better than this hotel they have clean rooms and everything and cheap also..
