We are bad hotel. They have taken 50% advance booking for my stay and not issuing any receipt. When asked for receipt asking more money. Fraud people they are. Do not do online booking. Even not refunding my advance payment and very rude behaviour and delaying it. Asking for more and more money.
The hotel location is great. The service of the staff and especially the manager is very polite and helpful. All things considered, the hotel gives you a 5 star feel. Management is also good. WiFi and 24 hours hot water are available in the room. My experience was very good. Suitable for business and family. Thank you nova hotel.
Bedding (bedsheet, pillow etc) is seriously very dirty no hygiene maintained. Every one takes hotel especially to take good sleep but if the bed is not clean then everything else is waste.
Moderate level hotel. Hygiene not maintained. service level is average. Tea and coffee making support not available in room. a lot of noise from outside coming. Room is not sound proof. No reading LED lamp available.
It was a terrible stay here. Really Unhygienic that even with complementary breakfast we did not eat there. There were cockroaches everywhere even in the restaurant. And the staff was really rude. We asked for an extra bed. Instead they gave us a really hard mattress without even a bed sheet. And the reaction of the staff was really frustrating. It was a really despicable stay here. This hotel needs trained staff and it needs to maintain proper hygiene. Will not recommend to stay here .Total waste of money and time.
