Hotel Nova Boutique - Hotel in Rajkot - Rajkot, India

The location of the property is pretty sad and dirty. The property's state was bad and appalling. I was told by the hotel that theere was a parking facility available, which was a lie. The parking space, if one may want to call it so, could barely accommodate 3 vehicles. The room was very small, and the linen was a nightmare. It seemed that someone had recently used the room for inter******, but the linen was not changed. This only made me think what the real purpose of the property is. My wife was just shocked and dumbfounded at the state. The washroom was sad too. We were told there will be hot water, but, it was never found. There was a major drainage issue. Then, when we asked for water, we were provided with open bottles of water. It surely is amongst the worst experiences. The only good thing, and kudos to the cooking staff for that, was the food in the hotel. The food was thankfully edible and with decent taste. That single-handedly was probably the only saving grace.

The hotel location is great. The service of the staff and especially the manager is very polite and helpful. All things considered, the hotel gives you a 5 star feel. Management is also good. WiFi and 24 hours hot water are available in the room. My experience was very good. Suitable for business and family. Thank you nova hotel.

I stayed there as on 15/11/23.online prices are cheaper, then direct ,room is too small ,they charged @ 1800/__no accessories is provided by hotel .only 1 towel is given.for 2 person .no toilet paper. No hand wash.neither a geyser in the room.too poor in quality. As per rate.pls don't prefer this hotel.waste of money.use less .hotel.

Very welcoming staff with eagerness to help and assist guests. Overall the environment is cosy and comfortable. Rooms are good, location is also convenient. Food quality and service is upto the mark. staff member who deserve special mention Chintan sir , he managed everything on the time . I remember he given me such a nice tea with the flavour of flower i liked that . Thank you

This hotel is providing fake room photos.The rooms bed is filed with stains of blood or fungus and pillow covers and bed sheet including the mattress was in a very unhygienic condition.Bathrooms shower is not working and the drainage is blocked with no toilet paper or any sort of basic amenities a hotel bathroom must have.In addition the room was filled with cockrosches so we decided to urgently leave the hotel and checkin to another good hotel at 2 am in the morning.Their hotel staff is very rude,Unapologetic and very careless about guests and service.Anyone having allergy or asthma related problems must avoid this so called hotel at all costs and Food Department should take strict action against such properties.

The rooms are very small. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they offer room service. The staff is good and polite.
