Hotel nova blu - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

Located near the railway station. This is a pocket friendly luxury option. Rooms in the base category are smaller in size. There are no open windows in the rooms. Lift is there. Restaurant is there with an elaborate menu. Food is well prepared in the restaurant as per the local taste. Central air conditioning with temperature control in every room (Daiken) Bath fittings are high end. Ample parking space opposite the hotel building. Local transport is easily available.

Rooms were good but not maintained, the staff is not well behaved. We asked them to change the coffee mugs as there were stains but the guy kept pushing us to use them but we stick to our point and got those replaced. Tea served here is good but we didn't taste the food here. Travel date: 31st Aug'23

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are also the best one. But the location is quite farrer from the temple places. Also it is difficult to get auto, e rickshaw from here. Towels which were gicen to me were torn. Also, water was not provided in the stay of two days. I had called to reception, but they didn't provide. Also, when I reached the hotel at 5 pm, the receptionist was asking me to wait for 10 mins as the room was getting ready, I told him that I m tired so he gave me the different one. One shouls not ask the guests to wait . Overall 3.5 just because room was nice.

This is a great accommodation option for tourists. The hotel is near Mathura Junction railway station, and considering it's a 3-star property, their tariff is also very reasonable. You can surely consider this if you are looking for decent property within 2000/night of budget.

We had a very pathetic stay in this hotel. So unprofessional and ill-mannered staff. The food served was worse in taste and the quality was also poor. They lack variety in menu as well. Rooms were in very bad condition with no toiletries in the washroom, taps were leaking and the towels were missing. Negative stars for the poor and slow service. Better to shut down the cheap business rather than fooling and looting customers in such a holy & religious place !

I am staying in hotel nova blu with my family. I have worst experience im my life. My brother ask owner please speak to your manager park my card . He refused and shouting like anything this that. And see his attitude he told to manger vacate all 3 rooms. My suggestion to family members those who have plan to saty in this property. Please don't make a plan . One thing more owner of this property is drunked .and in midnight my sister ask weighter to give normal water weighter said we have cold water for drink , we don't have normal water if you want normal water then take from bathroom .

The location is perfect. Don't get confused with nova blue with nova inn though.. the rooms are decent but the service is so so great and the people are so warm and helpful. I don't think you get anything better in mathura in a budget. And even the heavy on budget hotels probably don't have such endearing and homely staff.. loved it..

Nice property but not well managed. I had to wait at reception for checking in for a very long time. Kitchen opens very late and food choice very limited. Location of property is great... market and railway station at walking distance.
