Pathetic service, can't stay in any room, somewhere ac is not working, other lock is broken, no safety of our belongings, staff knows everything but they just fool around. Bedsheets and pillowcases are dirty & smelly, geyser not working, they are not even having their restaurant, litter was there on stairs and in corridors. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.
The staff is really not cooperative and the rooms are really small,filthy and smelly..the geyser is not working or leaking..they do not provide you with toiletry and basic needs items..DO NOT STAY HERE...
I am writing this review at 12:50 am while I am checked in this hotel room no 104. There is too much noise outside in corridor doors are being slammed by guests and too much of shouting. Also the hotel staff is running up and down the stairs so loudly. I was on a business trip and became sick and wanted to take rest in this hotel but unfortunately it's like a nightmare. I am not well and they woke me up three times from sleep and even after complaining to reception nothing is happening. Their service is also very poor I had to call 4 times and wait for almost an hour to get water to eat medicine also tea was very cold and they had to bring it again. I have wasted my money to stay here. Such a torture. It took them 3 hours and two calls to fix the tv as there was no set top box. I had to literally open the door and fight shout at those guests who were moving around and making noise. Oh God such a nightmare
Ok for a bachelor to stay while travelling for a day or two for the price.
Its fine if you are there for a night, being on highway it was very much noisy even at night one can not sleep well, again Mattress were not comfortable. No windows in the room. Staff was polite and ready to help. Had dinner there it was good.

All over is bakwass service is very bad, he didn't Play led TV, no response any one for service and order my boss & senior was very upset for stay in this hotel . . .
Really it's one of the best hotels with economic price. Very nice service, staff is very cooperative. At the top of roof its awesome, we can enjoy our happy hour and enjoy the moon light dinner..

We stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was amazing, the staff is too good & co-operative & the food was surprisingly tasty & healthy. The room was squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel like a second home for me every time I check in this hotel never feel that m away from my home .staff is quite good calm . Hotel is very neat and clean.or food is amazing spacily butter chicken and rice ..such a nice place. Miss u panka

Very nice hotel. Staff was very supportive. Rooms were clean. Room service was awesome. Hot water was available for bath with electric geazer in every bathroom. The main good point was support and care of staff and cleaning in rooms. It was very good
I have been to this place twice in last 8 months. Located at the highway it's easy to get in and out if you are travelling by road. Nice and cozy rooms. Staff is very friendly right from the entrance to reception to lobby to restaurant everywhere you
It's great stay experience. Neat and clean. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was having complete required food items. The terrace restaurant is awesome. Excellent ambience, the arrangements of tables was attractive.
