great experience with the hotel, staff, and services. I spent a week here and had a great time. The staff's willingness to assist and civility were excellent. The cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the room were excellent. I am suggesting everyone to stay at this hotel if they're looking for accommodations in this area.
Please dont ever stay in this hotel. Mr. Chethan Ninama who I think is the person who manages the place is one of the worst hosts I have ever met. He doesn't have any basic etiquette while handling customers. He made all false promises and took advance booking to his personal account. When we went to check the room, it is in a very pathetic condition and more importantly, the bathrooms are in a very very bad state. Would strongly recommend people NOT to stay here at all!!
They take a wrong benefits of festival by taking more price of rooms even with average facilities and spaces.

The worst to place stay. Incompetent staff; it's just under aged kids...isn't it child labour. Rooms are dingy and the bedsheet spread was torn. Location wise is good but experience wise....it's the worst. There are far better hotels nearby. I would not recommend anyone to visit this pathetic palce.
