Hotel Nirwana Palace - Hotel in Alwar - Alwar, India

I recently visited this hotel for lunch i visited with family I Don't suggest Anyone to go to This hotel. restaurant staff service was very Bad. He didn't know basic things. Food quality is very bad. Not a quality food. Total waste of money with time.

Located in a very unhigcinc area. Entry and parking under the streets and small place.wash rooms are very poor class. Only the main building is ok other than all the area is old and dirty.

The service is very bad. Staff is not aware about the water supply. A dharmshala is 100% better than this.

Hotels room are good but sanetory items are not meeting even delux room requirements. Passage from road to hotel is very dirty...Service at room is poor. Yesterday I tried to make call to 9 nos but it was not approachable. When I rang to 111, he told whole story than fellow asked me to call 9 no, despite of my say that 9 no is un approachable. Many other too but msg is becoming long..Reception and restaurant is good.

It's spacious but hygiene issues are there. Food quality is quite ok

Cleaning in rooms and whashrooms was not proper, water used for bath was having dirty smell.

It's nice place but entrance road is in poor condition.

Very good heritage hotel, nights in Jaipur , the staff is friendly and willing to do their best to help and restaurant food was delicious too, the only downside I can think of is how our room felt a bit humid and not much fresh air. But wood definitely recommend
