Rooms are excellent. It feels like you are checking in to a fresh room everyday. That's how clean it is. Bathrooms are huge and very neat. The staff are very polite and attend to any concern. We are vegetarians and found this hotel to be the best for food. It is tasty and they have a variety of dishes as well. I have nothing negative to report to at all. I would suggest to book this hotel even if one is visiting Cherrapunji cause it's just 1.5 hours drive one way. The hotels in Cherrapunji are extremely bad and there are not much facilities as well. Since the place involves trekking it feels good to return to nirvana for a yummy food and a good nights rest. There are not many eateries at Cherrapunji so please book this hotel for a comfortable stay.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, tasty food, prompt room services but the thing that makes this hotel such a good place to stay is this is one of the very few hotels in Shillong where you will not be disturbed by the vehicle noises at night as the hotel is located opposite CM's Bungalow which is a very quite and peaceful at night, you can enjoy ur peaceful sleep. The staffs are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, Special Thanks to Mr. Vivek Anand GM of the Hotel and Ms. Neetu Pradhan for providing the best services. Thanks for making my visit to Shillong that much better
We as a group of 35 people visited the hotel. Ashutosh helped us with an hassle free experience for the whole trip and travel. The rooms were very clean and good. The food for breakfast and dinner tasted good and we had a lot of varieties in the buffet menu. The hotel staff were very courteous. Overall we loved the experience in hotel and Shillong. Thanks to Ashutosh for everything. Will cherish this forever.

The location is perfect if you ever visit Shillong you should stay here for atleast one night the charges are little high but the food are complimentary so it won't cost to much I personally recommend this hotel
Food is awesome, esp vegetarian items were lovely. Stayed for 2 nights and ended overeating each time, but thanks to the terrain was able to stay maintained. Room service is good and staff too is courteous Rooms definitely need improvement - no mirror in room, no shower curtain, lower floor rooms lack view

We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
