Good service good food everything fine
Nice place for a night's stay. Both managerial and executive staff are decent and polite. Nice prices, too. Nice location with some parking facility also, though I daresay might not be enough sometimes, in peak season.

Hotel is new, rooms are good for the price and food price is a bit high but the quality and taste won't disappoint. Location is very good , market and all the other things are easily accessible.

Stayed for 15 days. Helpers are nice but the guys at front desk are very unprofessional. Especially the one by the name Rinku. His behavior was extremely unprofessinal. Wifi only works at the reception area. Restaurant serves good momos and some other food items. Good cold coffee as well.
Owing to my transfer I relocated to bongaingaon all alone. Bongaigaon was completely a new and unknown town for me and for a women initially it gets very difficult to cope all by herself. The very 1st person I interacted with in Bongaingaon was a Representative from Nirvana Hotel. I checked in that property on my arrival at Bongaigaon. Hotel Nirvana made me feel at home. I am very impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the property and was overwhelmed by the polite, caring, prompt yet professional behavior of every staff of the hotel. I stayed in that hotel or 11 days and 10 nights until I arranged a permanenet accommodation for myself and during that course I have grown sense of security at Hotel Nirvana. Every need, including medical need, of the guests are taken proper care of. Elated by the care taken, hygiene protocols and food quality and taste of the hotel. Keep up the Great Job Team Hotel Nirvana!!!!!
A good and clean hotel to stay in the center of Bongaigaon city. There is also a cafe on the 2nd floor. Both ac and non ac rooms available. Service was also good and rooms are at reasonable rate. Overall a good experience there.
