Pethatic service. No room cleaning service available. Hotel and restaurant runs only with help of one cook / worker and if he is not available u neet to arrange for ur food urself and kindly arrange for ur own crockery as they won't provide u that even. Not even worthy to pay 1200 rs even. Worst experience . Recommended not to vist ever.
Not so satisfactory experience, Prices can be nagotiated but for the shake of services. As the prices go down services becomes worst.. I found following flaws while my stay. Swimming pool was not cleaned, Rooms AC was not working, water tap was giving drastically hot water in summer, Shower was not working. Room's TV has only free channels, No soap in bathroom, Room service never received intercom calls, No water availability in rooms, Fridge was just like almirah no working. Overall hotel provides just bed to spend your night sleeping. Else all no management worst services.
Stay at Hotel was Pleasant. All staff behaviour was descent. Mr.Ashok Tiwary and Mr.Prahalad Singh was very amicable ,soft spoken,and cheerful appearance and helpful person.Cleanliness,Food & Drinks,Amenities,Room Arrangement/service was very good.We have enjoyed our stay at hotel very much.
Hotel Nirvana is ideal for staying for only the night. The food is good and in a decent quantity. It seemed like a great place when we entered, although the disappointment began we settled. The towels had a foul smell. No soap, shampoo etc in the washrooms. We decided to jump in the pool in the morning at around 7am assuming it would be clean in the morning, but it was too dirty to even put our feet inside. The bed mattresses had springs, gave us a back ache.
A good hotel to live for a few days..... Has a swimming pool a big but not too big building rooms are good has a small lawn with many plants good for recreation...... Friendly services... Food is ok... Veg and non - veg both available..... Not too costly it can be preferred to go there if you are not too rich or want to just relax best for middle class families.....
