Hotel Nirmal Palace - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I booked the hotel through MMT and it costed Rs1000 INR, though it was just till evening as I had to return back by 7 pm. We reached hotel by 6:15 am in morning and the receptionist asked us to pay additional 500 INR for early check-in. So we cancelled the booking and walked on the lane and got another hotel without any additional checkin fee.

We booked the hotel through Goibibo and checked in after midnight. The check-in experience was smooth. The staff gave us the toiletries, towels, and water altogether. The pillow covers were untidy, but he changed them within minutes of our call. We stayed for 4 days, so my experience will be more detailed than others. The AC, Wi-Fi, geyser, and television were all in good working condition. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it whenever we asked for it. The bathroom was tidy and big. The hotel is accessible for people with disabilities.

We stayed there for almost 1 week. Me and my parents. Receptionists were fine, staff was good too. Rooms are decent. I went there with my parents so we were hoping for that kind of experience only as a family and that was there. The staff is helpful, they only lack in the cleanliness department a little... Ac, TV, Geyser and all, sometimes It works, in some rooms it's not properly working, so that's a concern. The hotel is fine at this budget of course. you can stay there without any problem. A little better changes need to be made. They're fine.

Avg budget hotel. Just Ok for a short stay. Charged Rsper room for early checkin of 2hrs which is fine but the room provided was in very bad condition. However as we were in rush, couldn't argue but in the evening we explained the issue with manager and he had helped us in changing to a better room. Note: geysers are not working / disconnected and lot of improvements needed in housekeeping. We could see lot of dust on walls and furniture.

1.The hotel is near Lucknow Railway Station. It is hardly 700 MTR from the station. 2. Hospitality is very good. 3. The room is clean and hygienic. However the room is not too spacious however it is justified according to its price . Overall experience is that I will suggest staying at this hotel and give 4.5 rating considering all aspects.

Decent and budget hotel. very near to Lucknow railway station just 400-500 mts. Rooms are a bit smaller and service is little slow. Good for budget stay if looking to just spend a few hours or shorts stay or have to catch a train. Wi-Fi, Room size and food options.

I checked this hotel on MMT I was getting around Rs 2400 for 4 person with standard check in, I called up and asked for 24 hours check in, they provided me with Rs 400 discount so I got a good in offline booking, service was good, hotel room was above expectation, overall my experience was good.

Rooms are small adjustable for two person. Room services are very poor .not recommend to visit this hotel. Lots of hotel nearby this that provides good services and spacious room at this price.
