WORST EXPERIENCE I deeply regret to recount a disappointing experience with this hotel. Having made a prepayment for a reserved room, I arrived for check-in only to be informed by the hotel management that no rooms were available, citing an upcoming exam as the cause. Despite my plea for alternative accommodation, I was met with a demand for an additional Rs 2000 for a room that appeared to be of substandard quality. Furthermore, they were unwilling to facilitate a cancellation from their end. Regrettably, neither OYO nor Cleartrip were able to provide any assistance in this matter. In light of this experience, I would strongly advise against selecting this particular establishment. Instead, I recommend considering Hotel Aman Inn as a more viable alternative. I trust this information proves beneficial.
Overcharged.... Online payment through app is not accepted. Price on app was 1300 Manager took 2000 Oyo does nothing in this... This matter should be looked into as soon as possible.

Very bad hospitality actually they are doing fraud with the guest. If you book through any online channel they will deny your booking and will ask for direct booking. I booked a room and they denied checkin through online portal and charged me 3000 cash without bill. I'll defenetely file a complaint to one of my known GST official. Suggest you not to visit this property.

Worst experience. OYO has been downgraded to adding such low class hotels that was not expected from them. There was no decent amenity in the room, and there were rats also. If you want a place to stay for a night, then only go for it otherwise there are many other good options in Sitapur.
Taken 1500 rs for 1 night...no staff to entertain ur problem...toilet was pathetic....bedsheet dirty...OYO site was showing rate 3500 INR....how OYO can loot the customers by rising the price of such a pathetic hotel...i asked fir 1 extra blanket since the season is very cold....but after requesting n no. Of times they provided 1 extra blanket

The resort is too amazing for having functions. It has spacious garden with a beautiful greenry and a cool fountain. The hall is very large and it has full airconditioning. I just loved lightening which directly contrbutes to clicking of pretty pictu
Its really nice to have such nice and tidy hotel here. Everything is quit fine and favourable. The place is having a good reach and also the location os surrounded by market area, so all the requirements of shopping and other goods are easy to access
Very clean rooms. Receptionist was also very kind and helpful. Only thing was food was taking too long and was not that tasty. Other services are provided in time.
