Clean , good service, nice AC, big rooms, polite staff. Can improve maintenance of room. Must get tv remotes better. Food quality may be further improved with taste. Example, bread was not fresh. Wifi needs reconfigure to new protocols. It's old. Speed fluctuations. Absence of elevator. Only stairs till second floor. A good stay though but missed as mentioned.

Neat and clean. AC working well. Prompt service. Reachable as on road near Meera ghati chowk in Karnal. Within a km from namastey chowk. 1. On third floor. Go by stairs. No lift facility. Thus, could be difficult for old and challenged people. 2. Food taste was not that delicious. It is cooked well otherwise. 3. Must have card payment also. Upi available. One can choose this hotel. Regards.

Good option to stay in this budget. Our overall experience was good as hotel staff are supporting and well behaved. Just a feedback that they should increase the variety in foods meenu and proper house keeping system.

The hotel looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Must recommended for a go to hotel in Karnal for the price tag. Most value for Money facilities one can ask for. Spacious rooms, responsive Room Services and most special, comfortable and cosy bed to spend most of your time in!

Pretty decent for a mid-priced place. The visibility of the hotel was a bit problem if you are not a local and searching in the night as the hotel is recessed. The admission process was smooth. You need to keep your covid certificate in hand. The staff was courteous. The room was clean but had someone's footmarks on the wall which should have been cleaned but wasn't. They should switch to liquid soap/shampoo in small containers instead of a pouch. Add 100-200 more but implement this. I was in room 103, the geyser cut in and heating noise was very loud and can disturb if you are in a business call.

More than a hotel this is with some rooms on the second floor. From outside you will not even know that this is a hotel and looks like a deserted half constructed event hall. The reception is also on the second floor and there is no lift.The rooms are okay but service is poor. There is hardly any staff and just 2 boys managing everything. There is no restaurant or dining area as such but they say room service is available but I couldn't see a kitchen area as well and overall feel of the place didn't convince me that food will be hygienic and fresh.Breakfast was included in our plan and timing on the menu said 7:30 am, same was confirmed by reception boy but at 7:30 in the morning, I couldn't find a single soul in the hotel. The reception boy was sleeping in the adjacent guest room and on waking him up he said no chance of Breakfast before 8:30. I got delayed for my onward journey waiting for Breakfast and had to leave without it. The parking is on the road and no proper security guard or attendant.
