Hotel Nilgiris - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

The worst ever hotel, a blackmark to the wonderful Dasara city. They deserve zero stars for rooms, service, etc The intercom call is never answered, the toilets are worse, no hot water till 7am. Don't even know why they are running this hotel. Nobody should ever opt to stay here unless they want to punish themselves.

Worst for families no proper service even they not providing basic things. Charging more while check-out...i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Main plus point is this hotel is mear palace and in main location. Udupi resturent is also there. Room was old . bathroom is also old. Bedsheet was clean.

Had a very horrible experience in this hotel it wasn't clean and the service was very much horrible and the location was bit ok they doesn't clean rooms after the guest leave but they clean the room when next guest arrive

A budget hotel. Bathrooms need to be more cleaner. And one bathroom the water was leaking. Please give importance for maintaining the bathrooms. Rest everything was fine.

Highway side restaurant. Stopped here for breakfast. Nice & clean restaurant. Clean toilets. No rooms here.

Hotel cost is too high. Very rude receptionist. After paying the amount, no services provided which were accepted. Staffs were not co-operative. The room, bed and washroom was not at all clean. No safety for couples. That receptionist was behaving like a rowdy. Please avoid this stay in Mysore.... Very Unhappy....

We had a bed bite problem in the room after we complaint them we have a bed bite in the room they didn't care about it
