Pros : The location of this hotel is in Bidhan market area, very near to Hongkong market. Behaviour of hotel manager as well as all staffs were very nice and polite. Wifi connection was excellent. Quality restaurants were easily available nearby. The lift was fast and we'll maintained.
Cons : Room size of the hotel was small. The light provided in the washroom was dim. This hotel has no restaurant of its own.
Overall it was nice stay in Hotel Niladrii Galaxy in Siliguri.
Worst hotel which is a lodge. Irony, it says Go Stays which shouldn't be the case as you have better hotels in the vicinity. Unhygienic room, lazy staff and difficult to locate it in one go unless people who know it. Even local transportation hardly knows it. The staff didn't help me with anything, instead they asked me to manage everything by myself. Washroom doors won't shut. Google rating is fake, it's a typical lodge for banging and not for family
Located in the busy Bidhan Market this hotel is ideal for business travellers. The reception & staff are well behaved and co-operative. Rooms are nice & clean, lavatories hygienic & Western commode!
Bong Foodies will be stumped that this hotel doesn't have a kitchen but the 'Bhooter Raja Dilo Bor' & "Paanch Phodon" are walking distance and god damn good.....

Nice hotel, adjacent to Bidhan Market and Hong Kong Market. Only down side is the fish/meat market and it's smell, next to the hotel.
The room looks exactly like the picture. I really liked it. It was very clean. The staff was very good. The behaviour was awesome. It's location is also somewhat good. I would really love to stay in this hotel again. This hotel is recommended for all.

Nice stay. It is situated at the heart of Siliguri City. Hotel room and toilet was clean and well maintained. Ambience is good. Staffs are friendly and well mannered. Though it is situated in the market place, hotel is free from all hustle bustles.
Highly recommended for all, either it's business trip or tour.
