I stayed there 4 days but I felt poor customer service. I went this hotel with my family for visiting Puri. Total 4 persons including a baby. They have taken additional charges for extra person but don't arrange bed. Miserable experience. They have taken Rs. 6300 per day excluding 28% GST. But I felt personally that the room charges should not exceeded 2200 per day including GST. I called reception 4 times to provide additional bed but nobody responded on first day. They are so irresponsible and they blamed me I was not available while they want to deliver additional bed. But I was present whole day and night on that day. Food quality is good no doubt but price is extremely high. Room price is also very high. I will never stay here.
Near beach, room must be more maintenance, buffet is Indian, the welcome counter of arrival with 2 staffs neglect to salute passing guests in front of them. They conversation goes on high voice. Get more normal and good management for this 5 stars hotel.
Very nice hotel, courteous staff..if u want to stay far away from crowds then it's the ideal place . Food is just awesome with adequate quantity. everything is good.I love it and I would like to thank the manager, such a nice and helpful person
Excellent hotel, great service and good location. Hotel Niladri Premium is worth staying for family and couples. Sea facing premium room was having all required amenities. Thanks to Mr. Sahu for amazing hospitality.

Excellent place to stay away from the crowds and easy access to the beach. Only thing was that there was nobody from the hotel to provide chair at the beach. Other than that our experience was great.
