HOTEL NILACHAL - Hotel in Bahadurpur - Nadia, India

Good Hotel in overall experience. Food is limited, but generally good in quality and quantity. Toilets need to be more clean, specifically the commode pans. Basin must have a mirror, a bracket and a light with it in the toilet. Showers must be clean and it should be with hot water connection. Rooms and toilets should have more hooks to hang clothes. Wardrobe should have some hangers on rods. Suites must be provided with complimentary drinking water. Cleaning and sweeping is awfully bad in the rooms and corridor. There is no house-keeping service for daily cleaning of rooms and corridors. Door mats are full of dusts and sands. Garbage and wastes are kept in corridor openly for days together with no one caring. These areas need improvements.

I booked a room in1500,but the room size is 8/12. it's too small. insted, I would get a good room in mayapur or krishnanagar...AC is not working.foods are too expensive... they have own restaurant but they don't give room service...bed is not comfortable

Straight away,if anyone plans to book this hotel,cancel it.... This is the worst place i and my family have ever been to.... The service, cleanliness, room service, communication skills and the peace in this area is worst and below average.....plzz don't get trapped looking at the pics in the internet, the reality is dangerous......the rooms are never cleaned, the washrooms are in horrible condition,the furnitures are damaged ,the food is not worth consuming and the staffs are very inefficient.....the manner in which the working staff speak to the guest is very rude and impolite,the ordered things are never brought in time.....And the funny thing is that almost all rooms in the hotel are empty,there's no movement and this is not a regularly working hotel, these people have just opened it for the sake of it....... See, my family and I myself have faced the consequences,so plzz look for some other hotel...........

Classic room quality bad. Room clean everage decorated but AC not working . Room no 202 classic room charged RS 1500/- but AC not working.. Any type of kits not provided like hand wash.shampu. tawal nothing. AND room' service very bad.After many Times calls for food order but no one reviewed the call.after 40 min when I am calling from my mobile then they receive.

Rooms are good .location are also good but I feel the service and specially food are not that good .it definitely needs to be improved.

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Everything is worst. Please never come to this place. U will hate it.

Location is good, rooms were average and overpriced as compared to the locality. They have very poor services and the worst part is they ask for immediate payment during check in and food service, they couldn't even wait for the check out.
