Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was also spacious along with good quality toiletries. The only issue is hotel don't have hair dryers. If asked they say we have only 1 and given it in 1 room. Also the refrigerator is smelling very bad. Else hotel is worth money

Rooms size was good. Cleanliness of the room and especially bathroom was satisfactory. Very good spread for breakfast. Food quality for breakfast / lunch / dinner was amazing. Staff was courteous. We stayed for two days both days we faced shortage of water for bath shower. Otherwise I would have given five stars.
Changed the price at the last minute because of festive season. The reception manager talked rudely over call while cancelling.

A very good place to stay in. Lovely rooms, well maintained and clean. The staff is polite, friendly and have a good knowledge about the city. They guide you well. You will feel welcomed here. Food is excellent as well. Nice ambience at the rooftop restaurant. And also a pretty decent breakfast spread at the ground floor restaurant. But mind you, both restaurants are vegetarian.
The staff was slow in service, the order was not available even after a pre-booking. Was disappointed with that. Though the food tasted well.
