The hotel staff gave us a free upgrade when they saw us with a child. They filled up our bottles for our trip ahead and the breakfast food was amazing.
They are well trained, understand people and their need and happy in general

This hotel exudes charm and character. The decor was tasteful, and the ambiance was relaxing. The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. Our room had a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
The bathroom was not clean and the drainage pipe from bathroom sink was also left open in the air the comode was not clean there were used matchsticks in the washroom and the bathroom floor was also not clean.
The bedding was not clean and was filled with dirt both the bedsheet and the blanket.
And to make the matter worse the room was AC but the AC was not working and when asked the hotel staff responsible had already left the place.
And we earlier booked it for two days but checked out on the very first day and when asked for refund they seem to be unintrested to refund 1500 rupees for day 2 even when we cancelled the booking 24 hours in advance.
I woukd ratber suggest to look for other hotel or places to live nearby.
Staff has a nice supporting behaviour. They provided taxi service from bhopal to ashta. No kitchen inside hotel but they provide food from different restaurants nearby to our room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
