Worst place I have stayed till now. Room is dirty and they dont clean after multiple follow ups. Food is pathetic and service extremely slow. They took 3 hr to have our dinner after order. Buffet spread is very basic of just 3-4 items. Room service never picks up call. Reception picks up but will say that its not my job. Better to stay in some lodge, at least there would be nothing to expect over there

Staff behaviour was not good , food quality was also very bad ,,,if you have another option pls don't go for it.
I stayed in a 4K/night deluxe room. It was great from all angles. The geyser was a little bit troublesome, otherwise you get free breakfast, free snacks, coffee and tea, not a locker or closet, but a cozy bed. Yes, I heard weird sounds in the night, and thought it could be rats. Don't worry they didn't bite.

One of worst management. If u order 2 times then you will not get response. Serve worst quality food and making fool to people. In breakfast they have only South Indian and cold potato less paratha ,if u ask for anything else then they will charge extra. Even bell boy ask you to press the floor button in the lift and also ask to open room gate because he has 5kg bag in one hand. They don't have etiquettes.

It is one of the best hotel in Sambalpur. You can reach here without any issues and it is on the main road as well. Good rooms and services too.
