Good Hotel, strategically located in the heart of the city. Can easily travel to any point in the city from the hotel. Good choice of Indian food available in & around the hotel. Anyone visiting for business purpose or short stay, can consider this place.
Rooms are very poor. Even though we took the blaze (higher category) , the rooms are smelling so bad that we couldn't sleep with our allergy tablets. Staffs are only behind you for tips. Not for anything else. Breakfast choices are average. Very poor wifi and no hot water

I had the pleasure of lodging at Hotel Niharika, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled amidst the lush green hills, the hotel's location was a perfect retreat for nature lovers and provided a serene and calming atmosphere throughout my stay.
This place was awesome. Moreover their food and ambience was really good along with the staffs behavior. I really enjoyed the evening in this hotel. They also have one community hall on 1st floor which was good for medium get together or occasion.

The duty manager at the time of checkin was so noncooperative and misbehaved that i had to call for police help to help ke checkin. I would like to bring it to the notice of the hotel MD Alok Saha. Kindly check that the duty manager who did night shift on 27th June 2023 is well educated and well behaved. His personal ego issues will ruin and dissolve all your hotel reputation built over years. I requested to talk to the general manager or a senior management authority and he bluntly said i will not do it. Whatever needs to be discussed has to be discussed with him only. If such is the case in your hotel Mr Saha then I'm sorry for you. Non cooperative staff calls for bad reputation. Completely dissatisfied with his behaviour and attitude. We as customers come to your hotel to give you business and in return good behaviour and good hospitality. If the main criteria of your service is at fault then the entire experience goes down the drain. I am sure one bad review takes a thousand good reviews to cover up.
