"My recent dining experience at NH4 Grand restaurant left much to be desired. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The primary issue was with the temperature of the food. When our dishes were finally served, they were disappointingly cold. It was evident that the food had been left sitting for an extended period before reaching our table. Not only was the food cold, but the taste was equally lackluster. The dishes lacked the flavor and freshness that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. It seemed like the kitchen was cutting corners and not putting in the effort to create a memorable culinary experience. I ordered a few different dishes, hoping for a variety of flavors, but they all fell short of my expectations. It was evident that the ingredients were not of high quality, and the seasoning was inconsistent at best. In addition to the food issues, the service was subpar. It took an unnecessarily long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for the cold and underwhelming dishes to arrive. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns when we mentioned the temperature and taste problems. Considering the prices charged at NH4 Grand restaurant, I expected a much better dining experience. Sadly, I left feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my choice. I hope the restaurant takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide better-quality food and service." Too much oil in Paneer chilly, pic tells it all. And no garlic in garlic naan we ordered. Veg kadai had no taste. Dont ever go here

They have clean and executive toilets which is a huge The food was great and they have dedicated seating for veg and non-veg catering as well as AC/Non-AC sections.

This is a restaurant just aglfter toll plaza when you are going towards Bengaluru. Ample parking space. Wash rooms are very neat and clean. Separate sitting area and kitchen for Veg and non veg food. Menu card was really very basic and self printed sheets were placed inside a file folder which was not matching with the ambience of restaurant. This needs to be improved immediately. Food was good, not very spicy like all other restaurants.

Worst place. Nobody gives proper service. They gave me burnt milk coffee after 25 mins, that too, without any coffee taste .

During my road trip from Goa to Bangalore, I had the opportunity to dine at Hotel NH-4 Grand Restaurant. I was delighted with the delicious food they offered. The quality and quantity of the dishes truly impressed me. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and I highly commend the exceptional food they serve.

Nice New Clean Spacious A good place to stop and refuel yourself Reasonable rates and lodging available too at 2500 approx for an ac room Restaurant has a separate non veg area with a dedicated kitchen too I had the lassi which was v refreshing husband had a hot coffee which was kept prepared in a flask and a trifle too sweet

Best Place to have a break during long drive. Clean neat ambience. Good to consider for family trips. And Food is affordable too. Thanks for providing the clean and enough number of toilets/wash area. 19/3/2023
