Maintenance team is weak as even after complaint of cistern it was overflowing for continuous 2 days. Breakfast is one item per person if you include it in your booking, no buffet. If you want 2nd item in breakfast you need to pay. Staff behaviour is good & friendly, food is good. No parking space
Why not 5 star because_
First of all it's a value for money however during my check in I was exhausted so i forgot about the welcome drinks and also they didn't bothered to ask about that.
Also, this was the first time I saw that there was not even a single bottle of water or any regular water was there in the room, even the first glass of water was also paid.

Rooms were very much average. Not fit for family (particularly with Kids) to stay. Hotel management says recently they conducted pest cleaning. But lot of cockroaches in bathrooms observed. Ample parking space isn't available. Food taste is decent but not good options on breakfast. Closely located to the branded shopping market (Croma, Westside etc.). Wifi is good. Hot water available 24 hrs (Need to inform reception for this). Would not recommend if you plan to stay as a couple/family. Economic option for solo travellers in desparate times. IMO Better hotels are available in the city.
The food here is worse. We ordered family masala dosa and they served us rotten and stale food . I suffered from food poisoning and been vomiting for 2 days . Please don't visit here if you care for your health .
