HOTEL NEW UTTAM HIRA PALACE - Hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

Room was good but the service was worst. The person in the reception was very rude. The bed sheets were stained and when we asked to change it they are saying it's washed the marks are not removing even after cleaning. And they will not be able to change it. Pillow cover was torned . Lipistic marks were there, lots of hair in the bed.. after like half an hour of argument they changed it.. worst service after paying that much amount of money.

The hotel is located in area Panchvati, nashik. So all the temples are nearby the hotel making it most accessible. The rooms were old but they were moderately clean and I must say they were quite spacious according to the price.

My hotel experience was the worst. The day manager was so rude and wasn't cooperative. The rooms were dirty and the TV doesn't work. The flush and tap in the washroom was also broken. I would recommend you not to consider this hotel. Their breakfast options are also same every day. Just have to eat poha and upma everyday.

The uncle at the reception was very weird. They serve limited breakfast if you have taken breakfast package which too is served inside the room. Had a very bad weekend staying at the hotel

I recently stayed at hotel and would like to provide some feedback on my experience. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and clean, which was definitely appreciated. However, I encountered a significant issue with cockroaches during my stay. In just 15 minutes, I discovered five different cockroaches in the room, which was quite concerning.It was disappointing to encounter this problem, especially considering that this was my third stay at property. I had higher expectations based on my previous experiences.Additionally, one of the air conditioners in the room was not working. When I reported the issue to the hotel staff, I was informed that it had been shut down the day before, and I was expected to use only one air conditioner in the bedroom. This response was unsatisfactory, as it did not meet the standards I had come to expect from hotel.Overall, while the room itself was spacious and clean, the presence of cockroaches and the malfunctioning air conditioner significantly impacted my stay.

Worst and pathetic really really pathetic experience overall . Room service was very slow, staffs were uneducatedrude and not cooperative. No hot water available and jet spray not working , shower broken, bedsheets were untidy n dirty, also many cockroaches in the room .The hotel needed to be asked repeatedly for basic amenities like towels , toiletries and drinking water

No hot water available and jet spray not working , shower broken, bedsheets were untidy n dirty, also many cockroaches in the room .The hotel needed to be asked repeatedly for basic amenities like towels , toiletries and drinking water , though we booked for 5 members towels provided were only 4 saying they won't give any extra towels and won't even change the towels though we booked for 3 days . Hotel offers only (poha and upma) in breakfast options which are pathetic and worst quality except tea and coffee so its better to have breakfast outside. I recommend everyone not to book room in this property.

Its okayish.. room service has strict timings.. they asked us to pay the food cost eod everyday... Didn't allow early check-in.. Kinda meh experience.
