Trip advisor takes near about double price per room for this hotel booking...worst experience first time in puri..very bad hotel...no extra benefits no room boy no service boy no bearer...very bad...most third class 8s the booking person...very bad

Visited during Rath Yatra 2022. Got very good service even during such high rush days. My family is extremely satisfied. Dont go with the negative reviews. Manager told us that its a scam going on these days with many hotels that some people give fake google reviews for defaming the hotel without even visiting and then demand money from the hotel authorities for deleting their comments. Owner and manager are both friendly. Will visit again soon. Thank u. Enjoyed a lot

It's the place where you can spent your weekend peacefully with all your family members in very safe, cleanliness environment. All the rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Bedsheets are in brand new condition. All the staffs are polite, helpful and provides the best hospitality. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely stay there in our next visit.

They take full advance even 3 months before your visit. Then does not return any amount of your 'advance' if you want to cancel. Please do not pay them in advance even if you have to stay here if you do not have any other option. ... I add to my review, as you have taken the pain to respond to my review, after such a long time. It has been a long time since the incident, so i exactly do not remember the terms and conditions of the booking. I know what kind of documents, hotels like yours have, and how you comply to your documented standards. I remember, we had multiple conversations, both at the time of booking and at the time of the visit. You behaved in one way at the time of booking, before getting the money, and in another way, at the time of cancellation. In the process, somehow, you lost the trust that I have invested on you. That is why I have suggested people not to pay any advance. There are lots of people in the business, like you, who take advantage of people's natural illogical trust (of course there is no hard and fast rule that you have to sacrifice your monetary gain to maintain it).

Customer Friendly and Clean.. Good food, excellent service, Staffs are good....clean and spacious rooms. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely stay there in our next visit. Keep up the good work. Thanks for your continues hospitality...

It's a totally 4th class even not in 3rd class. Very dirty hotel bathrooms also hotel rooms. Don't spend single minute with this hotel because you will bited from Large number of Mosquitos. Never stay at this hotel.

Rooms are dirty. No staff available for room service. Rooms are not spacious. Hotel owner's behaviour is good but he showed some good photographs of his room which is very misleading. Not value for money
