Hotel New Sea Hawk (Puri) - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

I was travelling with a group of 10 senior citizens, had booked 3 family rooms. I personally loved the location of the Hotel but the quality of rooms were okay, bathrooms were just bad! All the faucet fixtures were rusted and the water supplied was too salty to even brush. If you are okay adjusting for a day or two just for the location you can go ahead and book.

Very good service by staff. Room cleaned daily, linens and towels changed regularly. Location is excellent. While making online reservation, I booked a room for 3 persons. However, one person didn't travel. They charged extra Rs300 per day for the extra person in a 2 bedded room while booking. But they refunded the excess amount paid at the time of checkout without any issue. I liked that very much.

Hotel Rooms not at per the Tariff of Rooms.There is huge issue with Check out Timing.Check out time morning 7 a.m.If you request for extra hours they told for extra charges for a Day.Food Quality not upto the Mark.Staff Behaviour medium.Bathroom needs to clean Daily without any reminder. Not recommending the Hotel.

This place is a health hazard. Firstly, there is a horrible smell in the whole of this hotel which emanates from the property beside, which is literally a dumping ground of solid waste, feels like you are in a slum. Room condition is terrible..we had mushrooms growing inside our room ..bathrooms are mostly unclean with lack of basic toliteries..all taps are completely rusted... bathroom doors tainted...overall, you will keep feeling dirty if you stay in this property...This property is a perfect example of lazy owners and caretakers...who feel why invest any time, effort and money at all..if easy money is coming in anyway.

We had put up at room no. 309 in this hotel for two days , 25th and 26th of July 2023. We hired a 4 bedded room with AC in advance . Sea was very widely visible from the balcony of the room. Sea was visible from the bed also inside the room. Staffs were cooperative and well behaved. Room service and house keeping were good but could have been better. Room rates fixed through out the year , as informed. Found to be reasonable. Excellent location. Customer friendly . Highly recommended for a hastle free short stay .

During lockdown I visited this property. It is a sea facing hotel on a marine drive road. The sea is visible from every balcony of the 1st floor room. Ground floor rooms are of non ac category. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The toilet was neat and clean. They have a restaurant too that offers some delicious meals. There is a cute garden in front of the hotel.

Much scope of improvement required for this property. Ac seems problematic and cleanliness should be taken care of. Food options okay price wise but taste is not upto the mark. Well behaved staff, cordial front desk and safety wise all good. Lot of time taken by restaurant for room service orders, keep the same in mind. Amenities available but room upholstery and furniture can be upgraded. Overall a decent stay with friends and family.

Have stayed here from 28.10.23 to 31.10.23..The location is prime, with a view of the sea from all rooms.Beach is just across the road.The rooms are clean, spacious.Service is very good and prompt,all staff are well behaved and cordial.The food quality is all right at reasonable price.Gives you your money's worth in all fronts.would like to visit again.
