Hotel New Park - Hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

Please be aware they do NOT accept credit or debit cards. Everything has to be paid in cash. Massage was OK but the massage tables do not have face holes so you end up twisting your neck the entire time. Would go elsewhere for that. Bedsheets were not clean but were changed upon request. No shower gel or shampoo, just a bar of soap in the bathrooms. Also, the hotel has only one hairdryer which was unavailable because it was used by another guest one day and broken the next. Location is good and it is reasonably quiet. I would not come back.

At first glance the hotel looks great, with a lovely environment with a pool and lovely gardens. However, that's all window dressing. The pool loungers are almost all broken. The rooms are not clean, and the WiFi is barely there but not enough to check emails as it drops in and out, which they are well aware of. Hot water doesn't seem to work in several rooms, service is SLOW and to cap it off, the food in the restaurant is dreadful with no options anywhere nearby. The pool wasn't worth all the rest of the disappointing factors of this hotel. Avoid.

This place looks great at first but everything is broken and dirty. There's barely any water pressure, the wifi is spotty, the restaurant didn't have anything from the menu and the things they did have were not good. The staff was not nice and this was the first place where we didn't get any bottled water in the room.

Wi fi qui ne fonctionne pas, accueil desagreable. Hotel en mauvais etat, proprete douteuse. Pas d' isolation . On entend le moindre petit bruit de la chambre d' a cote. Les draps etaient sales avec une couverture qui couvrait soit les pieds, soit les epaules, mais pas les deux ! Seuls au petit dejeuner, on nous propose une carte avec peu de disponibilite : impossible d'avoir un the massala et deux toasts en moins d'une demi-heure. Par contre, le jardin et la vegetation sont plutot agreables. A eviter.

Rooms might not be newest & super clean, but the hospitality & service is very good. I have stayed here few times and would probably come back again. Location is good, safe and peaceful. Food isn't bad either.

The rooms could use some better cleaning. The couch was dirty and the bathroom stunk. The employees were kind and helpful. The pool was lots of fun. & they did an excellent job with my laundry.

Hotel is good but maintenance is at very low level. No room cleaning untill we ask them... Room service takes atleast 2 3 hours

Nous avons passes environ un mois dans cet hotel. Nous avions une tres grande chambre propre avec vue sur le jardin magnifique. Le personnel est tres gentil souriant et serviable. Endroit tres calme quand il n' y a pas de party et pas de voisins bruyants. Le restaurant est decevant meme pour un simple dhal ... Merveilleux sejour
