I booked a Delux AC room in this hotel. When I went into the room AC Stopped working for half an hour. When I asked about the same, the hotel staff replied that the previous customer did something with AC. Delux Room turned into a non AC Room. Very Badd Experience.

By Appearance and advertisement, I visited this hotel for dinner with family, but it was worst experience..First of all they change our table just because they have big party who needs more table.okay with it, they again delay order more than half hour,south Indian food was not ready.The captain of restaurant who is old in age is not proper attention and not give proper value to other customers when there is large group of family. Food taste is good but service is not much. Visit At your own risk. Other Restaurants Of Borude's provide best services like Parichay,V Star.but not this.
