Hotel New Kenilworth International - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

Never explore this hotel. Highly unhygienic, unprofessional and service persons does not know serving articates. Hotel did not provide water to clean the car. Driver Stat was simply worst. I was compelled to shift hotel after a night stay.

**Never go on outer look and front view from rooms towards national park** This hotel is not good for families specially for ladies as many staffs peep through glass window, also reception staffs are mis behaving. After several complaints to reception person, rooms were left dirty and donot provide clean towels, bedsheets and pillow cover, i think they provide used of someone who used for shorter period like 3-4 bours. Many bathrooms don't have locks and the toilet sheets have loose cover or no cover like railway platform bathrooms. Sometimes the room service number 111 will be disconnected by their service staffs or reception counter staffs. Food provided is also worst

Pros: 1.Easy Access to Mall Road and opposite to Van Vihar. 2. 24hrs. Reception with Restaurant facilities. (Comparatively better pricing than outside restaurants) 3. 24 hrs mild hot water facility. Parking facilities. 4. Zomato/outside food allowed. Good for families. 5. Worth your money. 6. Room heater facilities available at extra cost.(Rs. 500/- per day) Cons: 1.No dustbin and they are not even removing garbage from our room, Zero cleaning on a daily basis(Not even one time in my 5 days stay). 2. No Toiletries and just a single towel for 5 days.

Very bad experience from this hotel. We visited here during February when it was very cold but they did not provide us with any heater and also the service were very poor and during night hours the staffs tried to peek into ladies room and they were heavily drunk. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst room, I have ever seen my life. Rooms are not maintained, no basic amenities in room , I,e, electric cattle. No cleneness. Furniture and wood work is very bad condition. It's a punishment to be here. Washroom ventilation is common with adjoining room, you can hear all noise and conversation. Food is good in taste. Location is good.

Rude and horrible service. Response to any request took atleast 2 hours. We had to wait for hours to check in. Then quilts and blankets took 2 hours to reach us. Geyser wasn't working. Used utensils from previous customers was present in the room. Rude manager and pathetic room service

This hotel take the snowy mountain view room and it's like heaven. It's 2.5k per night and extra mattress costs you 300rs more but worth staying there our room was great and loved it. Breakfast was great rest we eat outside.

Worst rooms worst service after the receptionist even asked me to wash my glass myself when asked for new glasses. The rooms were also also very bad. When I complained about the washroom leakage they said that you don't have to take a bath on that side of the bathroom.
