PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, IF YOU EVEN GET IT FOR FREE PLEASE DONT GOThis is all about Hotel New Green View 2, i had a very bad experience with this hotel. Nothing to say good about this property apart from Service.Overall Rating - 1Room Rating - 0.51. 1st of all I have booked 5 rooms and i have got 4 rooms and they mentioned one room is big and that will be considered as 2 rooms.2. Out of 4 rooms, 2 rooms were completely stinking. In another room fan was not working properly "ANYTIME IT MAY FALL" 1 room was better. No proper maintenance.3. The complete building is slant, you will always has a trippy feeling while walking. Not sure whether it is constructed in that way or it become like that.Service rating - 3There were 2 person available, in that one person is having health issue and he is the only one who is always available in the property. So there is no proper communication. A Shikara driver and A Helper who is busy most of the time and he being there is the only good thing.Location Rating - 1The whole building is a total waste, should be demolished as early as possible because it may fall anytime.

This review is specifically for HOTEL GREEN VIEW 3 (MANAGER - UMER). Worst hotel in Srinagar. Hotel is inside Dal Lake, manager don't pick up the phone. Hotel condition is pathetic. Did not even check in. Have to take my family away from this unhygienic place to a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK - HOTEL GREEN VIEW 3 ever. If there was a star less than 1, would have given it too. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Don't waste your money. If you are in summer never ever book this hotel. Only power backup for Light (Blub) no backup for Fans. No rules for electricity supply. Cuts for many hours is normal.

The hotel staff does a very good job, specially for Saba mam , the service is very good, the location is also very good, overall excellent experience. Thank you very much Saba mam To make our tour memorable

Hotel New Green View is a good choice for travellers looking for a budget accomodation in Srinagar. It is located in Dal Lake.

Budget hotel, good quality rooms. Warm water available. Located in the middle of dal Lake, besides the Floating Mina Bazar. Best option for a quick stay

After so much efforts,i found it in lake I called up manager a female .we ask her to pic upShe denyedBoat person charged 200 rupees for one sideWhen I entered hotel ,it seemed as a building about to be demolished.Before showing us rooms ,they made us sign in entry register for check in as well as check out at the same time for one day.As I entered in the rooms ,it was very shocking.I asked the boy for manager.he denied she is not here.Toilet window glasses were broken ,dirty bed sheets , blankets in both the roomsSmelling foulthey showed that hotel has branchesThey also pretend they have branchesThere were two three other rooms . people living there seemed that they are living there permanentlyThey were fightingIt was not possible to live there for three days with familyIn three days it was also difficult to pay again and again to go in and out of hotelFor my big familyMoreover,the pictures shown were way different than the rooms in the hotel.Within half an hour,we had left the hotel.The next day,I went back to the hotel to get the mobile charger which we had left inside the room,but they didn't allow us to get inside the room.They told me they had rented my rooms to another customers. despite my duration of booking was still validPeople met me on the way of hotel told me the same thing As they had already payed full amount and they could not book another hotel . they had no choice but to stay thereI had also payed full amountRooms were not safe to stayAs any one can enter through windows

One of the worst rooms visited till date. It is situated on Dal Lake but there is no lake view. It is very congested, dirty, old, stinky and lot of mosquitoes. Worst service ever. You need to ferry up and down to the hotel on your own by paid boats.
