Hotel New Grand - Hotel in Deoghar - Deoghar, India

Hotel is excellent located. Restaurant is OK but little bit costlier. We have faced some inconvenience due to the renovation of the hotel. No lift is available n the rooms are upstairs having high steps. Most disturbances are the attached function hall with common entrance for all. In general,The Manager/in charge with the staff members are very cordial. Excellent hospitality. Like it.

Food quality is very good and staff response is also very good

No concession whatsoever, only one time relationship ideology. There are better hotels which lesser price still went there because of the reviews online. Not worth it

Avoidable hotel , unless you run out of options. Very poor service. Very unwelcoming attitude of staff. Rooms very very average. Window of my room opened directly in the corridor and with glass windows you could say hello to anyone walking in the corridor right from your room. Only the location is close to Baidyanathdham railway station , otherwise nothing I could appreciate

We have booked 2 bedroom for family. 1 room is good but other is pathetic.huge seepage smell in bedroom. We requested a lot to change the room but given odonil room freshener. He shown me another room that is also seepage smell. We have no choice to change the room. Also toilet is not at all clean. Uploading pic of toilet. Worst experience.

Very famous n old hotel in station road. Rooms are spacious, Nice n Clean. At prime location, 50 metres distance from Railway Station.

Booked 3 rooms for a wedding function. Doors not working, taps in bathroom not working, soap not available, unhygienic rooms, windows opening from outside the room and we couldn't lock it, a housekeeping staff tried to open the window around 3 am, no cameras in the hallway.
