Good place and not so motivated staff. Management should be concerned a bit over cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms. Bathrooms are never cleaned after property is built. It is located in open surroundings near Refinery. Away from congested Town.

Tried restaurant only. Food preparation is good however the sofa's need a serious cleaning.
