Hotel Nestled Inn, Gangtok - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Not at all a good hotel. The rooms and washrooms were very dirty. The bedsheets, blankets and the pillow covers all were not washed at all. The side tables were not cleaned. It seemed like after the previous customers checked out, it was not cleaned at all. Don't get fooled by the pictures of the rooms. It's not the same at all.

Filthy room and worst toilet. Floor is dirty and sticky. Found one piece of chappal and used rubber bands laying on the floor. The basin was totally cracked. Two under aged boys are handling the hotel and no proper owner was there to attend guests. The bathroom door for us got locked in midnight and while calling them they informed that they wouldn't be able to open it before morning and we need pay extra charges for it. Horrible experience, for this price or less enough good hotels are there in MG Marg. Would strongly suggest not to consider this hotel to stay.

I tried checking out at 7.40am only to find that the roller shutter was locked from the outside. This is a death trap. In case of fire you will die. You are a prisoner from 10.30 pm till 8am. Literally locked in the hotel. Called the owner and they unlocked the shutter in 10mins. I just managed to catch my bus on time. Edit in response to the owner: The issue I'm rating you down for is the death trap your hotel is. If there is a fire, all your guests will die. The door is bolted close from the outside. Is this legal?

The room didn't meet our expectations. The pics posted by the owner and the actual rooms were different. There were damps n cracks n it was an old property. Service was poor. Although there was water issue in Gangtok, we had to argue for water just to flush the toilet. One bucket/day/person for everything is never enough. Location was good. Prefer this hotel only if u have no other options left. Edit: hotel nestled inn, u need to mind your use of language here. We were late but that didn't mean we were high and personally I didn't drink.We dont need to justify you for our entry time, we were guests at your hotel. Dont hide your faults with baseless allegations. You can fall in legal trouble.

A proper budget hotel at a very good location. The owner and staff are very cordial and helpful. They did their best to accommodate all our requests. Overall, had a satisfactory stay.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and clean. Staff are very polite, helpful and cooperative. This is my second time staying in this hotel and I must say I'm very satisfied with the service they've provided.

It was a very good stay at Nestled Inn. The tour of Sikkim was also arranged well as I was traveling with senior citizens.

There behaviour is too good. Rooms are little bit duty. Other wise everything clear
