I stayed here for 2 days on the 13th and 14th Nov 2023. We were a total of 8 with 5 adults and 3 kids. We were looking for a budget stay as our focus remains on exploring places rather than staying in a room. But we also look for basic things in a room such as car parking, clean toilets and well-kept rooms. I would say the toilets are well maintained and they do have a roadside parking available for 1 car. It is an open car parking that can accommodate a mid-size SUV(Creta). The dormitory is small but has 6 beds and is in a well-maintained state. The room service is also good. They do provide food from nearby restaurants but we didn't try anything and hence will avoid commenting on it. Overall if you are looking for something budget-friendly with basic requirements you can go for it. I will rate it 5 stars for the services they provide for a minimal tariff. P.S.- Location is something that might disappoint most of us but again if you are not looking for a luxurious stay in what they offer it should not matter.
Very good budget hotel in this price range. Rooms n toilets are clean. Small rooms and the location which is in crowded area are drawback. Good and supportive staffs too.

Affordable & very clean rooms. Easy to locate and is near everything (metro,shops,medical shops,restaurants,phoenix mall is also very close by). Nafeesh Khan was very helpful during my stay here,the receptionist speaks good English,unlike many hotels in sakinaka,so it was very easy to communicate. I will definitely stay here again.
Nicely maintained. Best hotel in the given price range per night. Also, safe for family. The only drawback is the area. You might feel that nearby area or street is unhygienic yet the rooms were super clean and tidy. Service was really nice. Staff was polite. Genuine and honest person at the desk! Sakinaka metro station is just 2 min walk.
Warning: scam! The receptionist ripped us off. We told him that we had to go to the airport at 4 am to catch a flight. He told us that the taxis charged 800 rupees (about EUR8), since it was the night rate. At the arrival from the airport, the taxi cost us 250 rupees (about EUR2.5) so we thought it was expensive, but we told ourselves that the hotel people would not dare to rip us off... When we arrived at the airport, we asked at the information counter, which actually confirmed us that the price was excessive. Which should have paid at most 400 rupees.
Its very nice place. Its rooms were clean and beautifully designed and comfortable also.
