Room was good Room service not so good

Since the hotel is close to the general hospital I'll give the location 5 stars. Room hygiene and room service was also good. But about fooding I'll give 2 stars out of 5. But rest of the experience was fine. You can go for this hotel if you happen to come to naharlahun on medical purposes.

Nice comfortable stay at affordable rates although a bit old fashioned but the location is very convenient for people visiting nearby hospital and amenities are also quite well maintained

Rooms are dirty,food is OK ..only the location is +point..

Worst hotel i have ever visit Nothing is good niether room service nor food and drinks.even any kinds of drinks are not available accept tea and coffee.

worst service ever! food is horrible too along with unfriendly timings. cleanliness of rooms and usables is poor. Naharlagun has very less options in hotels so had to bear with this one for 2 days! I hope someone comes with a better hotel with reasonable price. This one takes so much money for nothing!

Had ordered chicken butter masala with a bowl of rice and was really not satisfied with the taste.it seemed that they were not expecting a customer at all. But the small T.V had at least not failed to entertain us with some 90's Bollywood songs.

Our room was really dirty and the mattress was like a stone. the rooms are so disappointing they were so tidy,the towels were dirty,glasses were not cleaned properly,ya but the staff was good and of kind nature .
