We were client of this hotel for the last 15-20 years. The person on reception counter was asked by me to provide a towel n bathroom sleeper but reluctant to do so. It was my worse experience in last 20 years. Positive staff for smooth running of hotel is mandatory. Not recommend for tourists until change of negative staff.

It have a very great experience in Nek Hotel since my childhood as when I visit Jammu city I always usually stay there with my family. It is best family hotel near Gumat.
Cockroach in the rooms and toilets were dirty. Hotel rooms are spacious but management is poor. I would not recommend a business or family traveller to go there

Hotel is best out of best excellent service excellent location restaurant within the hotel and near to market. Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Beds are comfortable bathroom are neat and clean.overall nothing to say bed all good .keep it up.
