We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and prompt in their service. The food was excellent! In the dining area, Rahil had his hands full with a large number of guests. But he fulfilled his duties with great expertise and never kept his guests waiting for their food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us. I would personally recommend any and everyone coming to Srinagar to stay in this hotel at least once. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts to ensure that we had a lovely time!
It was an wonderful experience staying here for 3 nights...thd view of daal lake right from the room window is breathtaking. We stayed here for 3 nights.The rooms were clean and cozy, exactly how we wanted to stay. Hotel staffs were very welcoming. Whenever we requested for anything they were very prompt and helpful. They also guided us with many trip information. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely recommend to go for this hotel if you want to get astonished with the view and their services.
All the staff members are very cooperative and helpful. Their hospitality is top notch. Everyone is always smiling and ready to help. We lost our wallet and the manager helped us with cash. We loved our stay here. Definitely recommend for both family and couples. On our next visit will book the deluxe rooms which has a beautiful view of dal lake.
The location of the hotel is in front of Dall lake and is excellent. The service was to good and staffs were very polite. The best part was the food in the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hotel Nehrus.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Mr. Sajad went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Srinagar as it is located just in front of Dal Lake.
Receptionist guy was very rude and was talking arrogantly. We checked in late at night and He asked us to park our vehicle away in the private parking as he said there was no parking space in the premises(even when there was) and talked to us very rudely. There were people shouting and fighting late night. i was traveling with my wife and that hotel felt very unsafe. Room was average. washroom was unclean and door handle was broken. Only good thing was the security guard there. He helped us with parking the vehicle and also helped us with the luggage. He had more talking sense than the so called qualified staff of the hotel.There are many more hotels nearby which have much better hospitality.#WorstExperience
